Premium Subscription Not Displaying in the App

If you’ve purchased a Premium subscription and it’s not appearing in your app, this guide will help you resolve the issue.

There are a few common reasons why your Premium subscription might not be showing:

  • You’re using a new device.
  • You’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
  • You purchased Premium on a different device.

To restore your Premium subscription on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Bible Inspirations app.
  2. Tap the menu button (three horizontal bars) located at the top left corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Choose Premium Subscription.
  5. Tap Restore Purchases. This action will verify your subscription status with the App Store and restore it if active. If no active subscription is found, no changes will occur.
