Premium Subscription Not Displaying in the App
If you’ve purchased a Premium subscription and it’s not appearing in your app, this guide will help you resolve the issue.
There are a few common reasons why your Premium subscription might not be showing:
- You’re using a new device.
- You’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
- You purchased Premium on a different device.
To restore your Premium subscription on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:
- Open the Bible Inspirations app.
- Tap the menu button (three horizontal bars) located at the top left corner.
- Select Settings.
- Choose Premium Subscription.
- Tap Restore Purchases. This action will verify your subscription status with the App Store and restore it if active. If no active subscription is found, no changes will occur.
